Machine Operations
1,the choice of v-nail:the height of the v-nail should be between ½ to 2/3 of the thickness of mouldings;and could put in two nails at the same place if the moulding is too thick;
2,choose the right v-nail die-mould for the right v-nail and then lock it to the machine:
3, adjusting the v-nail front and back position properply and then lock it.
Using foot press the left side button, It can make the hands on the desk lock the frame, Let the frame won't move any more and perfect standard.
Then press the right side button, It can make the machine push the V-nails into the frame.
4, then operate the v-nail process by foot and then finish.
