There are two type for this design.
TYPE A: TS-K102 Strong Clip-over Hanger.
Type B: TS-K103 .Same size, different thick. This design suit for the light photo frame. This one is cheaper. If you need, please contact us.
Either fix them to the backing board - do this with a bifurcated rivet 'B' (slow) or a two-piece rivet (faster). Or fix them to the back of the frame moulding, using a pan head screw, 6 x 3/8", or similar.
Fix to hardboard backs using self-piercing rivet with 'WUN-PUL'.

1. Packing :
Hardware : Opp bags packed inside, Outside packed by Paper Box or Woven Bag. It can avoid the humidity and damage.
Machine: Standard wooden Case to avoid damage.
Moulding: Each piece wrapped by foam sheet and put into fixed size master carton
Other supplies: Standard paper box.
2. Shipping:
a. Small quantity we can deliver by Express. Such as UPS,TNT,DHL,Fedex etc. The freight is according to final confirmation;
b. Big quantity and machine should be delivered by ship. If you have no shipping agent in China, we can also find one for you. If you have one, please show us the contact details of your agent, we'll get touch with them ASAP.
