Hydraulic/ pneumatic crimping machine metal angles for aluminum mouldings profits
1, Once you confirm this machine , please send us your sample moulding to us ,we need test it . L corner we can produce for you , please tell us correct size .
2, Different corner has different size and tooth on it . 1 machine hammer only can suit it own size . If you need work with more size corner , it will need to customize more pcs hammer . Once you change it , only change the hammer on machine .3, it has 2 power choice : Hydraulic, pneumatic
A.Hydraulic : It can press in 1500KG power on the hammer to mouldings . This suit for all hard or soft aluminum sticks.
B. Pneumatic : It can press in 700KG power on the hammer to mouldings . Regular type one all no problem on this machine . If sticks too strong or thickness of sticks over 1.4 mm, Hydraulic is better choice.
This design has big power . Suit for different size angle or mouldings . Different design angle need customize a new hammer on machine . Same as picture as top . If you use same angle , mouldings design does not matter . Cause under it ,same .
